Acting

“The act of performance contains a tension that cuts through every other human endeavor: paradox. It is a lie which is trying to reveal a truth.” - Daniel Nagrin

Our staff of professionals will strive to enable each student to possess the acting “toolbox” they will need to explore, define and portray characters both off stage and on. Our work is to enrich the actor and enable them to express a full spectrum of emotion, complexity of mood and subtly of thought. In addition the business and practical side of the business and auditioning techniques will be taught. In summary, we hope to impart the complete and diverse process of acting (stage and screen), academic and business to
our students.

OUR GOAL

To have our students be “performance ready” on both a personal and professional level. To hone their skills, teach them how to audition and ready themselves for performance opportunities in a nurturing and professional environment.
